Stingergirlz.com is a company formed by two close friends, Susan Fredricks and Liane Monaco-Christensen both of whom are advocates for the prevention of violence against women. The recent release of the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) for 2008 revealed huge increases in the incidence of domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault. These sexual violence statistics in the U.S. are alarming to say the least. Susan and Liane decided that it was now time to do something to help other women protect themselves against brutal crimes.
After much research, Susan and Liane have put together a comprehensive catalog of personal protection devices for women.
